- Filter Rinse:
- Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any potential papery flavor.
- Adding Coffee:
- Place the ground coffee in the center of the filter.
- Give the dripper a shake to create a level surface of coffee grounds.
- Setup:
- Place the pour-over dripper over your favorite coffee mug.
- Pouring Water:
- Pour hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion until they're fully saturated. Be cautious to avoid the edges of the dripper.
- Blooming:
- Allow the coffee to bloom for about 30 seconds.
- Continued Pouring:
- Continue pouring hot water in a circular motion until the desired amount of coffee has been brewed.
- Finishing:
- Remove the pour-over dripper from the mug.
- Discard the used filter.
